As part of their year-long celebration of the legendary jazz label Blue Note Records, the Office for the Arts at Harvard is teaming up with the Brattle to offer two nights of special film programs. We kick off with this excellent 1997 documentary. Featuring appearances by dozens of jazz luminaries, BLUE NOTE: A STORY OF MODERN JAZZ tells the amazing history of one of modern music’s most significant labels.
