(1985) dir Tom Holland w/William Ragsdale, Chris Sarandon, Amanda Bearse, Roddy McDowall [106 min; 35mm]
One of the great suburban horror films of the 1980s, FRIGHT NIGHT stars William Ragsdale as Charley, a teenage horror fan who believes that his new neighbor is a vampire. Charley turns to the only person who might believe him, the host of his favorite creature feature TV show, Peter Vincent (McDowall). The two form an unlikely pair of monster hunters as they struggle to combat the powers of evil that just moved in next door.
