(1991) dir Terry Gilliam w/Robin Williams, Jeff Bridges, Mercedes Ruehl, Amanda Plummer [137 min; DCP]
Williams earned his third Academy Award nomination for his role in Terry Gilliam’s follow up to Baron Munchausen. Jack tries to turn his life around by helping a psychologically damaged homeless man (Williams) who believes he is an incarnation of the legendary Fisher King – charged with finding and protecting the Holy Grail.
