Brattle Holiday Sales Hours
Brattle Theatre memberships, gift certificates, and merchandise are available for sale online and in our lobby. For fastest service we recommend that you purchase gift items at our concessions stand. Our lobby will be open limited hours through December 24th:

Sat 12/20 and Sun 12/21, 1:30 - 9:30 PM
Mon 12/22 and Tue 12/23, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wed 12/24, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Accessibility Update
Work on the walkway and ramp outside the Brattle lobby is nearly complete, and we anticipate having direct access to the lobby restored shortly. Look for an announcement to appear here once the walkway has fully reopened.

In the mean-time, ramp access to the lobby and elevator is still available by going around the rear of the building via the walkway between Brattle Hall and the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. [posted 11/10/08]

Coming Soon! The Flaming Lips' Christmas On Mars!
The Brattle is thrilled to announce that we will be screening the long-awaited feature film debut of Flaming Lips' frontman Wayne Coyne, CHRISTMAS ON MARS! Beginning on Halloween Eve and continuing through Nov 9, we will be hosting the exclusive area premiere of this psychedelic, sci-fi cult epic. Fundraising Challenge Success!
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Summer Fundraising Challenge! From July 15 through August 15 we raised just under $14,000 in memberships and donations, making this our most successful fundraising match ever! 58% of the total was raised through memberships and 42% from donations. We sold 63 memberships in just 30 days, breaking our previous record! Thank you so much for making this fundraiser such a success. [posted 9/12/08]

$10,000 Matching Grant
We invite you to participate in the Brattle Film Foundation's second annual Fundraising Challenge. Last September, we launched the first challenge of this type and were successful in raising OVER our goal of $10,000. Due to last year's success, our anonymous donor has renewed this challenge again!

Between July 15 and August 15, 2008, all donations and proceeds from membership purchases will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000!

Accessibility Update
Wheelchair access to the Brattle lobby will be effected in the near future by sidewalk reconstruction adjacent to the theatre. The theatre and the lobby will remain accessible, however access will only be available by going around the rear of the building from the walkway between Brattle Hall and the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. Congratulations Mark Feeney

The Brattle Congratulates Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova on their Academy Award for Best Original Song! Little did we know that their sold-out concert at the Brattle last fall would lead to such great things!
