The
Brattle Theatre is conveniently located in the heart of Harvard
Square. We are close to the T and provide discounted parking
at local parking garages. We are also wheelchair accessible.
The Brattle Theatre has all of the amenities to accommodate your business or personal function. Our staff is experienced with virtually every kind of event - concerts, performances, lectures, poetry slams, readings, film/video screenings, business meetings, conferences and even weddings. We work closely with our rental clients to assist them in planning and executing their events.

Rates
and Availability
Each rental rate and contract is individually negotiated.
Please use the rental inquiry form or call us at 617 876-8021 for date availability and a rate quote. Our general pricing structure has two tiers, Off Hours and Prime Hours*:
Off Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM:
$150 per hour (plus flat rate of $1.00 per person over 50 people)
Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM:
$200 per hour (plus flat rate of $1.00 per person over 50 people)
Prime Hours:
Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to Midnight;
Saturday and Sunday , 1:00 PM to Midnight:

All
above rates include:
• Use of the historic Brattle Theatre, capacity: 235
• Projection equipment: 35mm and 16mm film (LCD projection for multimedia/DVD/Beta
available for an additional fee)
• Staff costs
Prime Hours include additional marketing support:
• Display artwork and posters relative to the event in the
marquee display that overlooks the high traffic area of
Brattle Street and/or in our lobby.
• Your event can be included in our daily listing in The
Boston Globe's Movie Guide and in the Brattle Theatre's
bi-monthly film calendar (distribution of 30,000).
• Detailed description of your event will be included on
our 24-hour film information line and on our website calendar.
Additional
Services (Fees Apply)
• Advance ticket sales can be arranged through our online vendor
for events open to the public.
• Host an open concession stand and provide your audience with
unlimited popcorn and soda.
• Access the non-profit Brattle Theatre for press screenings.
• Video projection (multimedia/DVD/Beta) for your event
• Catering - we will happily work with you in order to obtain
food or refreshments for your event
