Kids’ Movies Not Just For Kids

Friday, April 18 – Wednesday, April 23, 2014

It’s no secret that we love kids’ movies here at the Brattle – we’re about to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our annual Bugs Bunny marathon and we regularly feature children’s films amongst our programming – so we decided to present some of our favorites during this April vacation week. Included in this brief series is our annual Muppet Marathon on Marathon Monday, a return to the big screen of Spike Jonze’s WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE, a special program celebrating the 100th birthday of wonderful animator John Hubley – and more!. Please join us for these screenings of movies that might have been made with youthful audiences in mind but appeal to grown-ups (with young hearts) just as effectively.

Brattle Membership is a great way to support the non-profit Brattle Theatre and see great films like these for free! Learn more about membership »
