Harvard Book Store is pleased to welcome DOUGLAS STONE and SHEILA HEEN of the Harvard Negotiation Project for a discussion of their latest book, Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well.

In addition to corporate clients like Citigroup, Honda HP, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft and others, Douglas Stone has worked with journalists, educators, doctors, diplomats and political leaders in South Africa, Kashmir, and the Middle East, and in Geneva with the W.H.O. and UN-AIDS. His articles have appeared in publications ranging from The New York Times to Real Simple. Doug has appeared with Sheila on Oprah and many other TV and radio shows.

Sheila Heen

Sheila Heen’s clients span five continents and include the White House, the Federal Reserve Bank, Merck, PwC, Unilver and many others. Heen has appeared on shows as diverse as OprahFox News, CNBC’s Power Lunch and NPR. A graduate of Harvard Law School, she is schooled in negotiation daily by her three children. Heen and Stone are Lecturers on Law at Harvard Law School.
