The DIFFERENT FACES DIFFERENT VOICES FILM FESTIVAL premieres with a wide selection of narrative shorts created especially for its groundbreaking Flicks4Chicks contest. Teams from across the US and the globe were challenged by festival organizers to break down female stereotypes and cinematic tropes, using dramatic situations supplied by the organizers. The stories slated for screening are the culmination of their efforts. An awards ceremony on June 30th will also be part of the festivities.
