Peter Flynn

Emerson College

Peter Flynn is a Senior Scholar-in-Residence at Emerson College in Boston, where he teaches media production and film history. An award-winning documentary filmmaker, he has made a variety of feature length documentaries including BLAZING THE TRAIL: THE O’KALEMS IN IRELAND (2011) and THE DYING OF THE LIGHT (2015). He is currently at work on a documentary about private film collectors. Peter earned his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and hails from Dublin, Ireland.
