Art House Theater Day 2016

Saturday, September 24, 2016

Art House Theater DaySaturday, September 24, 2016 marks the first ever Art House Theater Day – a national celebration of the community-minded art cinemas across the country – and we’re excited to be included. But, since the Brattle is one of the country’s longest running art houses, we couldn’t leave it to just one day! Be sure to check out our weeklong repertory series, Only at the Arthouse, September 23–29.

Art House Theater Day celebrates the art house theater and the cultural role it plays in a community. It is a day to recognize the year-round contributions of film and filmmakers, patrons, projectionists, and staff, and the brick and mortar theaters that are passionately dedicated to providing access to the best cinematic experience.
