Virtual Program Highlights:
You all know this kind of film: they’re set during the holiday season and they feature the trappings of the season but they’re not expressly about any specific holiday. Die Hard has become the prime example of this type of film (to the point where its star has begun to publicly chastise people for calling it a Christmas movie) but there are many, many other examples. For this edition, we’re including an Italian horror film, a notorious sequel, a transgender odyssey, the final film by Stanley Kubrick, a film noir, and a classic from Billy Wilder.
